How to deal with sadness

This post is probably going to be extremely different from the other posts because I'm going to talk about how to deal with sadness. You know, as a teenager, we all need to face many difficulties. However, our response can be extremely different. For me, I thought I could be optimistic but it is not the case. Something just happened in few days ago and I was extremely sad. I couldn't even sleep well because of this. I decided to talk to my best friends and it helped! I feel much better now. I took some photos on this sunday. The whole outfits are very dark and it matched my feeling perfectly well! Anyway I'm going to give you some tips on how to tackle sadness.

1. TALK TO YOUR BEST FRIENDS
For me, it is the most important things to do! If you are sad, talk to your best friends! I think most of your best friends are extremely understanding and supportive. They can give you many useful advice!

2. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY
It's always good to keep yourself busy. When you're busy on doing something, you won't have time to think other things. It can be very useful to distract you.

3. DON'T THINK TOO MUCH AND LET THINGS HAPPEN
There is always something you can't control. Then why don't you just let them happen? Just don't think too much! Sometime we like to create problems that even aren't there in t the first place. Stop worrying and be happy!

4. LISTEN TO MUSIC
As a music lover, I must say listening to music is very useful! Nevertheless, please make sure you listen to songs that can give you positive messages with happy melody! Otherwise, you will probably end up crying!

5. DO SOME SPORTS
I love sports. When I was running, I felt like no one else can stop me from doing something else. In another word, you just need to do your favourite sports and let it out! There is no harm for doing sports, right? It always works for me too haha!

6. BE POSITIVE
When you feel sad, just think of something good that can make you happy! Everyone should have their own  good memories. Thinking of these memories can make you feel better. It's important to remember that it is only a bad day. NOT A BAD LIFE! You still have many opportunities! Be positive and you will be happy!
